# Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the United States and to Canada.

# How do I know if an item is in stock?
Costumepros.com continually updates our inventory systems. During peak periods we may occasionally sell-out of an item before the system has a chance to update. In this instance you will be contacted by e-mail regarding the status of your order. If you want to check on an item before placing your order please contact us.

# Please allow up to 3 days for processing AFTER you place your?
order BEFORE it will ship. After processing time, shipping time will be based on the delivery option you selected. Ground ship times vary and do not have a guaranteed delivery date. If you need your order in less than 2 days, please contact customer care to see if it's possible for us to deliver your order in time. (9am-5pm Mon-Fri EST)

# How do I determine if a costume is the correct size?
If there are different sizes available, you will be asked to enter a size. If there is no place to enter a size, it is a one-size-fits most. Different manufacturers can vary their sizing slightly. Please see our General Sizing Chart, unless otherwise noted. If in doubt between two sizes, it's usually best to order the larger size. Note that bodysuit costumes (like superheroes) are meant to be tight fitting.

# If an item is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
Please note that it is difficult to get a firm delivery date from costume manufacturers and we can only give rough estimates when we will receive our next shipment.

# Can I return my order?
Most of our products can be returned within 14 days from shipment (except between October 14th-November 3rd, 2005). All returns must be received in new/unused condition with all of the original packaging. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping and handling. Any damage or shortage must be reported when requesting a Return Authorization (RA). Please use the Customer Care form to contact us. Please be sure to include your order number and the reasons for your return request. We will reply to all e-mails within 2 business days. Refunds and/or Exchanges are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping and handling.

Please keep in mind that the following items are never returnable or exchangea ble: undergarments, socks, stockings, dress patterns, video tapes, CD's, catalogs, eye lashes, any artificial hair, prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth, and any item that has been worn or used. Due to health regulations, we are NOT allowed to accept ANY undergarments, socks or stockings as returns. Make up, wigs and beards must be returned unopened. So please make sure to choose sizing on these items very carefully.

Orders can be returned within 14 days (except between October 14th-November 3rd, 2005) if the item is returned unused, in like-new condition, and with all the original packaging. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping and handling. All mailed returns must have delivery confirmation to confirm that your return has been delivered to us. You are responsible for insuring your return. Any orders returned with out any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we are not responsible for refunding the order if we cannot verify receipt of the return. If we receive your authorized return and it is determined that it is missing some of the accessories, part of the costume, or the original packaging, you will only get a partial credit. Please double-check that you have included all of the costume and packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse.
