FOR OCTOBER 14 - NOVEMBER 3, 2005

All Halloween Season returns must be received in our office no later than October 14, 2005!

If you need an exchange during the Halloween season, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item may be out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item. All appropriate policies apply to all returned items. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping and handling. Please note: for any exchanges made right before or during the Halloween Season, the exchange policy does NOT over rule our Return Policy.

  • We will except any returned item received in our warehouse by the close of business on October 14, 2005.

  • Sales of items that cannot be returned by Close of Business on October 14th, 2005 are final.

  • Our regular return policy goes into effect for all items purchased after November 3rd, 2005.

Please note that all returns must be sent via a traceable method. If you mail your return, it must have delivery confirmation on it. It is your (the customer's) responsibility to insure the returned item(s) in the event of loss or damage. Orders returned via mail without a delivery confirmation are considered unauthorized returns, and costumepros.com will not be responsible for refunding these returned items if there is no way to confirm receipt in our warehouse. Any returns received after October 14th will be considered unauthorized and will not be credited. All returns must have a RA # (Return Authorization Number) clearly printed on the outside of the box. A RA# can be obtained by e-mailing us: customerservice@costumepros.com.

All returns must be received in new/unused condition with all of the original packaging. Any damage or shortage must be reported when requesting an RA. Please keep in mind that the following items are never returnable or exchangeable: undergarments, socks, stockings, dress patterns, video tapes, CD's, catalogs, eye lashes, any artificial hair, prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth, and any item that has been worn or used. Due to health regulations, we are NOT allowed to accept ANY undergarments, socks or stockings as returns. Make up, wigs and beards must be returned unopened.

Cancellations:

Please also note that due to our automated systems, orders cannot be cancelled. This is especially true during our Halloween Season: October 14 - November 3, 2005. You can refuse the delivery (the box must NOT be signed for nor opened) and it will be treated as a regular return. All applicable return policies will still apply. Shipping and Handling charges will NOT be refunded on cancelled orders.
